Our Muay Thai classes focus on skills such as punching, kicking, elbows, knees, footwork, conditioning, mit work, heavy bag and clinching drills, as well as some sparring. All fitness levels and ages are welcome, and encouraged to enroll! We provide everyone with a clean, safe, and friendly environment; so never worry about feeling intimidated or out of place again!
